Lisa qualified in Beauty Therapy in 1998 and began her career with Clarins, where she developed a strong foundation in professional skincare and client care. With a natural entrepreneurial drive and passion for the industry, Lisa went on to build a successful hair and beauty website, later opening a thriving hair salon to support the growing demand for professional products and services.

After successfully selling both the website and the salon, Lisa returned to her true passion — hands-on beauty therapy. With over 20 years of experience and multiple awards recognising her work, she has earned a reputation for high standards, results-driven treatments, and genuine dedication to client care.

Lisa is a Dermalogica Expert, the highest level of Dermalogica training, reflecting her advanced knowledge and commitment to professional skincare. She is passionate about helping clients achieve healthy, radiant skin and takes pride in delivering treatments that are both effective and deeply relaxing.

Lisa is the proud owner of Cocoon Beauty & Aesthetics at The Heights, her home-based salon, as well as Cocoon Beauty in Reading Town Centre, providing accessible, personalised care in the heart of the city. She continues to invest in ongoing training and education to stay up to date with the latest innovations and techniques in the beauty and aesthetics industry, ensuring her clients always receive the very best care

Keyha also offers her skills at The Heights, Caversham on Thursdays, sharing her professionalism and warmth with clients in our boutique-style salon.

For anti-wrinkle and dermal filler treatments, appointments are available at The Heights when a minimum of five clients are booked. Kerry Tustin is a highly respected Permanent Makeup and advanced aesthetics expert with over 24 years in the beauty industry. Known for precision, artistry, and professionalism, Kerry visits Cocoon Beauty, Reading weekly and will soon offer services at The Heights, Caversham. Kerry also provides PMU training and mentoring for qualified technicians, and is skilled in laser treatments including tattoo removal, sun spot correction, skin tag removal, and facial vein reduction.
