It is recommended to book in for regular waxing treatments to avoid shaving between treatments. Some people find waxing painful, however the extent varies according to different factors such as pain threshold, time of the month and caffeine intake. Many clients find waxing becomes more comfortable with regular treatments.

All Cocoon beauty therapists are highly trained with years of experience, we understand how intimidating such intimate waxing treatments can seem, however the professional nature of our therapists ensure that the highest regard for privacy is adhered to at all times. Cocoon Beauty offer traditional Tea Tree Wax and Hara Tropical Pearl Stripless Wax. Hot/Stripless Wax results in reduced redness, less pain and the ability to remove shorter hairs.

MICRONEEDLING TREATMENTS

Microneedling is a highly effective, minimally invasive treatment designed to stimulate the skin’s natural healing process, revealing smoother, firmer, and more youthful-looking skin. Using a specialised device with fine, sterile needles, tiny controlled micro-channels are created in the skin to encourage the natural production of collagen and elastin.

This rejuvenating treatment can help to:

• Improve overall skin texture and tone
• Reduce visible signs of ageing
• Address a range of skin concerns on both the face and body

A full consultation is carried out prior to treatment, during which pre-procedure advice is provided to ensure the treatment is suitable and that you understand the preparation and expected outcomes. Following the procedure, comprehensive post-procedure aftercare advice is given to support optimal healing and results.

For the best outcomes and ongoing skin maintenance, we recommend a course of Microneedling treatments spaced 4–6 weeks apart.

Please note: A 30-minute consultation is required at least 2 weeks prior to your first treatment to assess suitability and create a personalised treatment plan.
