Lisa qualified in Beauty Therapy in 1998 and began her career with Clarins, where she developed a strong foundation in professional skincare and client care. With a natural entrepreneurial drive and passion for the industry, Lisa went on to build a successful hair and beauty website, later opening a thriving hair salon to support the growing demand for professional products and services.
After successfully selling both the website and the salon, Lisa returned to her true passion — hands-on beauty therapy. With over 20 years of experience and multiple awards recognising her work, she has earned a reputation for high standards, results-driven treatments, and genuine dedication to client care.
Lisa is a Dermalogica Expert, the highest level of Dermalogica training, reflecting her advanced knowledge and commitment to professional skincare. She is passionate about helping clients achieve healthy, radiant skin and takes pride in delivering treatments that are both effective and deeply relaxing.
Lisa is the proud owner of Cocoon Beauty & Aesthetics at The Heights, her home-based salon, as well as Cocoon Beauty in Reading Town Centre, providing accessible, personalised care in the heart of the city. She continues to invest in ongoing training and education to stay up to date with the latest innovations and techniques in the beauty and aesthetics industry, ensuring her clients always receive the very best care
